Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Sugar Bliss by Erica requires a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. If you are going to miss your appointment or need to reschedule, please email at sugarblisssalon@gmail.com, including last minute cancellations.
Clients cancelling less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business.
Important Notice: In the event of 3 no-call / no-show appointments, you will not be able to use our online system to book and will be required to call to schedule and prepay for appointments.
These policies help us to keep all open appointments available for all clients.
